Exhibition Will Showcase How Napster Station Incorporates Third-Party Platforms to Create Personalized Concierge Experiences for Customers

Located in Hall 26, the exhibition will showcase how Napster’s AI technology integrates into the MeetChina ecosystem and supports shopping, payments, navigation, and more, all through Napster Station hardware powered by faytech Tech Co, Ltd.

The activation, facilitated by faytech, showcases how embodied AI hardware can support foreign travelers in China and work with other platforms to create personalized concierge experiences. MeetChina’s smart digital stations are designed to increase inbound visitor spending efficiency in key commercial districts by addressing a critical challenge: how to convert arrival into consumption. Through digital infrastructure, the platform enables four core capabilities — instant understanding, instant selection, instant visibility, and instant payment — reducing language barriers and payment friction.

The system serves major inbound visitor groups and supports multiple languages including English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Thai, Russian, and Arabic. It features curated categories such as “What to Eat,” “What to Buy,” and “What to Experience,” integrating time-honored brands and distinctive local merchants.

In collaboration with China UnionPay Merchant Services, international visitors can directly tap overseas bank cards or use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay on the station to complete payments — enabling seamless foreign card acceptance with contactless transactions under RMB 1,000 requiring no PIN.‍
